Trump pulls back Obama-era protections for women in the workplace

Donald Trump hates women so much he just killed the 2014 Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces order put in place by then-President Barack Obama that mandated companies that receive federal contracts are in compliance with labor and civil rights laws. These included not punishing victims of sexual assault in the workplace or forcing them into secret arbitration, which protected the perpetrators of sexual assault.

Tuesday’s “Equal Pay Day” is the perfect time to draw attention to President Trump’s move to rollback protections for women workers, activists say.

  1. This opens the game for him when he goes back into the private sector. You made a bad decision America. He’s not done yet. What’s he got to loose. Took care of himself in the beginning of the year with all those tax cuts. Don’t you feel special now.

  2. Who are the stupid cows that think he is doing right by women, and applauding??? Time to get them out, Voters! See, they have “protected” places to work, and are not affected by things that REAL working women have to face. Just ask them.
