“German drugs and pesticides group Bayer AG has reached a deal with the U.S. [Jeff Sessions] “Justice Department” for antitrust approval for its $62.5 billion bid to acquire Monsanto Co”. Well of course they did.

Can’t wait til Bayersanto puts farmers under lock and key, commoditizes seeds, eradicates the global bee population with their Round-Up weed killer, and thus makes the entire world 99% dependent on their trademarked seed research. At least Europe has the sense to push back against this stuff.
