Past month ‘deadliest on record’ for Syrian civilians killed in US-led air strikes

In the last 4 weeks, 225 Syrian civilians, including 36 women and 44 children, have been killed by US-led bombings in Syria. It’s the highest death toll of civilians since the coalition campaign against ISIS began there in 2014. These bombings have resulted in 122 ISIS fighters being killed during the same period. Human rights watch groups have reported a clear increase in civilian casualties since Trump took office in both Syria and Iraq.
